Default Concept Skills: Shouts

So I'll just throw in some random ideas I have... feel free to let me know what you think about them:

"Right Back At You!"
For 4..7..10 seconds, the next time you are the target of a Hex, that Hex fails and the caster is affected by that Hex.

"Fire In The Hole!"
For 3..20..26 seconds, whenever you take fire damage, you lose 4 energy instead of losing health. When this shout ends, you gain 10..12..13 energy if you took any dark or shadow damage.

"Can You Dig It?"
For 16 seconds, this shout does nothing. When this shout ends, you next 5..7..8 attacks have 20% armor penetration.

"Right Back At You!"
Hmmm....
You're a monk and you see someone casting Spiteful Spirit, Backfire or Diversion on you. Then you use this when they're nearly finished casting so they can't cancel it and you dont' have to worry about the four seconds. That's pretty nifty except people will say it's over powered.

"Fire In The Hole!"
Um...... Greater Conflagration + this, WOOHOO!!!! Except you'd be energy wise screwed... I think that it should have a team within earshot effect to where the next fire damage they take is reduced by so much. Because "fire in the hole" was an expression to warn others of an explosion.

"Can You Dig It?"
I don't get the connection between the skill and the shout title.

Why are any of these shouts? They all only affect the caster (shouter, I guess). So, they'd be the same if they were just skills, except for the fact Leadership would effect the shouter.

number one needs to be a elite skill definatley

and number two needs to only effect the next two fire spells against you and end if your energy hits zero imo
